Compliance Manager

-Retailer Setups

I. Determine if internal review of new retailer requirements is required by cross functional team
II. Distro retailer guides and compile potential issues to the retailer compliance issue log (specific to customer) and the Retailer Setup Log (lists all retailers with setup status – all divisions)
III. Distribute retailer compliance issue log internally and organize/ chair weekly meetings
IV. Update 3PL WMS and outbound ship matrix with retailer specific issues related to warehouse: bol, packing lists, etc.

-Social Compliance

I. Monitor all Social Compliance requirements through industry associations and government updates
II. Coordinate requirements with MFF production team and foreign agents.

-Vendor Manual

I. Update manual
II. Communicate all updates to all vendors/factories

-Inspection Program

-Retail Chargebacks

I. Research and dispute retailer chargebacks through to settlement and repayment for operations, ticketing and logistics issues
II. Manage

-New Factory Setups

I. Trademark authorization
II. Manufacturing agreements
III. Licensor agreements


I. Handle all aspects associated with shoeboxes/packaging for new - existing brands
II. Placing backup supply orders for DC locations

-Coordinate Inbound receiving priorities at DMG

I.Coordination distribution of container reports by style inter-departmentally for priorities
II. Identify styles for inspection
III. Coordinate C-samples with sample team to DMG
IV. Meet with Ops and CS directors to formulate priorities

-Missing ASN’s

I.Launch the Missing ASN Lar and follow up with agents and freight forwarders to resolve all issues related to missing ASN’s.
II.Issue warnings and penalties when warranted to repeat offenders

-Vendor Chargebacks

I. Manage the entire process of issuing and managing non-compliance chargebacks and manufacturer defects.
