Spring Sales Internship

  • Transpose New Customer information onto MF Set Up forms and send in for approval and set up.  Contact customer for missing info after review w/ sales rep.
  • Prepare Customer Detail Sheets post detail appts
  • Prepare Style Set Ups/Supplier Templates 
  • Help scrub makeup orders 
  • Help fill out customer specials product forms and follow up on sample eta’s. 
  • Input style information into Customer Copy Forms ie.
  • Scrub/transpose orders not legible to customer service.
  • Complete Ad Photo and Ad Sample Requests 
  • Assist in collecting and shipping customer sample requests and style out samples 
  • Handle sending out POP/Logo Blocks to new accounts 
  • Assist in tradeshow prep by preparing supplies, order forms, printing line sheets, help inventory showroom samples etc… 


Required Qualifications:

  • A sales intern must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must possess very good organizational skills
  • Demonstrates persuasiveness and knows how to negotiate well
  • Must be good with numbers as well
  • Sales interns are typically students of management courses. He/she must have basic computer knowledge and should be experienced with Microsoft Office products, primarily Word & Excel.
